brownies &coffee

I'm known as Newby, a self-proclaimed connoisseur of the chocolate brownie and coffee aficionado.  I also happen to be a podiatric physician who has always loved to dabble in the culinary arts (and No, I'm not a toe eater). 

 

I'm inspired to share with others my explorational journey of writing a book totally dedicated to the chocolate brownie, and it's pairing with that perfect cup of java.  Included in this book are a few interesting health facts too.  And lastly, I want to inspire and dedicate this book to my incredible wife and children.
